OREO Protein Cookie Skillet!
Macros for the WHOLE Skillet (with out the two Oreos on high):
485 Cals, 38g Carbs, 17g Fat, 50g Protein!
Ingredients:
30g Whey/Casein Blend Vanilla Protein Powder
20g Brownie Batter Protein Cookie Butter Powder
15g All Purpose Flour
10g Almond Flour
5g Black Cocoa Powder
3g Zero Cal Sweetener of your alternative
2g Baking Powder
15g Mini White Chocolate Chips
50g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt
30g Sugar Free Maple Syrup
1 Large Egg
Directions:
1.) Add all of your dry components (besides mini chocolate chips) right into a bowl and blend. Get rid of any clumps.
2.) Add moist components and blend until you have got a thick cookie dough like consistency. Add in your mini chocolate chips.
3.) Spray a 6.5in Cast Iron Pan with non stick cooking spray and add your cookie dough to it.
4.) Air Fry on 360 Degrees F for six Minutes! Then get pleasure from!
